How to Enrol at Treetop Children's Centre

Thank you for your interest in Treetop Children's Centre. Please fill out and submit the form below if you wish to enrol a child into a Treetop program (one pre-registration per child). Your request may be placed on a wait-list due to capacity constraints. Should a space become available, you will be contacted, and a tour can be arranged at that time. Enrolment in Treetop Children's Centre is based on capacity and management's discretion.
